Yes, our residential homes are staffed 24 hours a day, including waking night support where needed.
Supported Living

Supported living enables individuals to live independently in their own home or shared accommodation, with tailored support provided as needed, whilst adding social value through creating positive impacts on the community, economy, and environment.

Support can range from a few hours a week to full 24-hour care, including sleep-in or waking night support depending on individual needs.

Support may include daily living skills, personal care, managing a tenancy, budgeting, accessing the community and emotional wellbeing.
Care & Support

Support plans are developed through a detailed assessment and in collaboration and co-production with the individual, their family and relevant professionals. They are regularly reviewed and updated.

We do not provide nursing care, but we work closely with GPs, nurses and other health professionals to ensure all health needs are supported.

We provide “just enough support” to encourage individuals to develop skills, build confidence and take control of their daily lives.

Yes, we support individuals to take part in a wide range of activities, including social events, education, volunteering and hobbies.
