Silver Springs Support Supported Living

Supported Living

Our supported living services are designed to help individuals live as independently as possible, with the right level of support in place to feel safe, confident and in control of everyday life.

At Silver Springs Support, we believe that everyone has the potential to build independence, develop life skills and play an active role in their community — with support that is tailored to them.

Living independently, with support.

Supported living offers individuals the opportunity to live in their own home or shared accommodation, often with their own tenancy, while receiving personalised support that fits around their needs.

Support can range from a few hours each week to full 24-hour care, including sleep-in or waking night support where required. Every package is flexible and built around the individual, ensuring the right balance of independence and reassurance.

Person-centred support

We use a person-centred approach to ensure every individual is supported in a way that reflects their lifestyle, preferences and goals. Support plans are developed collaboratively and reviewed regularly, allowing them to evolve over time.

Our focus is always on providing “just enough support” — encouraging people to do as much as they can for themselves while building confidence and independence.

What we support with

Our supported living services can include:

  • Daily living skills – cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting

  • Personal care – support with day-to-day routines where needed

  • Tenancy support – managing rent, bills and household responsibilities

  • Community access – education, employment, social activities and hobbies

  • Emotional well-being – building confidence, decision-making and independence

Support is always tailored to the individual and designed to promote long-term independence and quality of life.

Connected to the community

We actively support individuals to engage with their local community — whether through education, volunteering, social activities or work opportunities.

From day trips and social events to developing new skills and interests, we encourage people to explore opportunities that bring purpose, enjoyment and connection.

Experienced, dedicated support

Our team has extensive experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. We work closely with families, local authorities and health professionals to provide a joined-up, supportive approach.

Every individual is treated with dignity and respect, with a strong focus on choice, independence and personal development at the heart of everything we do.

Supporting your journey

Whether taking the first steps towards independence or building on existing skills, our supported living services are here to support each person’s journey.
